We first electroplate with silver and then we electro-plate with 24K gold (3 X thick) on the outside of the Chi-O Phi. After that, we Electro-plate a varnish coating to extend the life of the gold plating and help keep the shine. (Attention: Do NOT use polishing compounds on the Gold Plated Chi-O)
